Adam is the Author of 'Man Vs Ocean' and creator of the Ocean Walker Technique™, an efficient way of swimming that’s kinder on the body. Adam coaches this technique globally to help others achieve their swimming goals and dreams.
Adam is in Australia this January to share insights into his unique Ocean Walker Technique™ with special guest Sunshine Coast based Jamie More of SwimMore. Jamie is the first and only certified Level 1 Ocean Walker Technique™ coach in the Southern Hemisphere offering one to one coaching in Australia.
